Stunning curved architecture, enhanced by a complete renovation, Sapore encapsulates warmth and cosiness with a perfect dose of luxury.  The menu is modern European with an Italian influence that is fresh, inventive and elegant. The menu is recreated seasonally by our Head Chef/Owner, Greg Feck, who has been trained under both Jamie Oliver and Ben O'Donoghue. The wine list, also with an Italian emphasis, complements Greg's menu with a careful selection of stunning wines from around the world.
