Functions
It is most important to us that you and your guests are looked after to the very best of our ability. Thus we tailor every individual function to suit you and your guests needs. In addition to general dining, Sapore can be booked exclusively for corporate or private functions with a choice of three dining rooms.
The Downstairs Main Dining Room has a seating capacity for up to 65 people and stand up room for 80-100
The Upstairs Bayview Room - with views of the bay has a maximum seating capacity of 45 and can cater for up to 80 Stand Up or Cocktail Style for almost any occasion. Suitable also for presentations or seminars, the room can be booked for 1/2 or full day periods.
The conference room or Private dining Room is ideal for private dinners and for conference needs for a maximum of 20 people. The room may be booked for half or full day periods for conferences/seminars if required. Room hire rates apply. All your needs can be catered for, from morning tea to full a la carte dining. Ask about our special two course lunch menu.

Room Hire
We require between the months of (November to February) a minimum spend of $8,500 for our downstairs dining area and $4,500 for our upstairs dining area for weekend nights and during November & December. The conference room can be booked for the day to suit your needs whether it be a corporate meeting or seminar etc. for $200.00.
Additional Hire
We are able to organise additional equipment for the smooth running of your event. There is an additional cost for these items/services.

Confirmation
Sapore requires an event booking deposit of $500.00 for any tables of 20 guests or more. The deposit will be applied against the final invoice as part consideration.
Preliminary Invoice
Final confirmed numbers are to be provided 3 business days prior to the function date. Changes to the confirmed numbers can be accommodated, with as much notice as possible, and no less than 48 hours prior to the event date. Increased numbers will be charged to the final tax invoice.
